3 cups cooked rice
2 cups diced cooked turkey
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 2-ounce jar diced pimientos, drained
1/3 cup Dijon mustard dressing
lettuce leaves

Cooking Instructions

Servings: Makes 6 servings

1. Combine rice, turkey, celery, pimientos and dressing in large bowl. Serve over lettuce leaves.

Cooking Tip: For a new sandwich twist line pita halves with lettuce leaves; fill with 2/3 cup rice salad
